reSizer is a tool that adds new keyboard shortcuts to Windows.
First up is the numeric keypad. If you press the Windows key along with any of the numbers on that keypad, the active window will reposition itself according to the location of the number you pressed.
For example, if you want to place the active window in the upper left-hand corner, you would press Windows and 7. If you want to center it, you would press Windows and 5.
Adding the CTRL key to the previous combination resizes the active window at the same time as it repositions itself.
Or, you can use the Windows key along with the arrow keys to move the active window a few pixels in any direction.
Another interesting function included in reSizer allows you to store the position of a determined window in the number keys (not those of the numeric keypad). This action is performed by combining the Windows key with a number.
For example, if you want to keep your Microsoft Word window with number 1, just press Windows and 1. To show this window later on without having to touch your mouse, just press Windows - Shift - 1.
You can even send a window to a different monitor with your keyboard! Activate the multiple screen function for this possibility.
